We’ve received the following feedback about the recent Park consultation:

The City of Wolverhampton Council’s Public Realm Services would like to thank the local residents who visited The Hub during July and August to comment and make suggestions on how the park in Ashmore Park might be improved.

The feedback showed the most popular suggestions to be the fencing and improvement of the children’s play area and some very useful suggestions were made on how we might achieve this.

There was also support for improvements to the BMX track, as well as pathway and access improvements.

Additional comments and suggestions were also made, which are welcome and very helpful.

The improvements will be prioritised and implemented using funds we receive from building development work in the local area. We will keep the local community updated on progress and will ensure residents’ views are reflected as plans move forward to deliver improvements to be enjoyed by all.
