Covid-19 rapid home test kits can now be picked up from The Hub.
Here is some data on the Rapid Covid testing that has been taking place since Fri 22nd Jan 2021.
The Hub has become Wolverhampton's fifth Covid-19 rapid testing centre offering free testing without an appointment to people without symptoms of Covid-19.
As of 22nd September Wolverhampton is under new local restrictions, effectively creating a local lockdown.
The trustees of Ashmore Park Community Association have continued to monitor the situation around Covid-19 and the potential reopening of The Hub at Ashmore Park, but at this time we are not ready to reopen.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 / Coronavirus situation we have taken the difficult decision to cease all Community Association activities at The Hub until further notice.
Everyone at The Hub was saddened recently to learn of the death of long time committee member Derek Wood, husband of our late Chairwoman Ann Wood.
Derek was a big part of the Community Association and will be remembered fondly!
Funeral details are as follows:
“Dads funeral has been arranged for Monday 30th March at Bushbury crematorium West chapel at 10.30. After his internment all family and friends are most welcome to join us for food and drinks at The Hub at Ashmore Park. We kindly request family flowers only, but if you like to make a small donation, these will be passed onto the Hub to help with projects that Dad held so dear. Thank you.”
We're hosting 2 free sessions aimed at parents, carers & grandparents interested in finding out more about knife crime amongst young people.
Are you aged 10-16 and interested in art? Join us for a fun, free and engaging project to create a brand new artwork for the The Hub.
We are delighted that Ashmore Park Community Association / The Hub has been chosen to benefit from the Co-op Local Community Fund.
